To deliver certified motor vehicle training and comply with Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) regulations, DriveLearn Academy collects the following categories of learner information:

• Personal Identification: Full legal name, date of birth, permanent address, contact number, and blood group (mandatory for Learner's Licence registration).
• Statutory Documentation: Government photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID), proof of address, Form 1 self-declaration of physical fitness, and Form 1-A medical practitioner certification.
• Scheduling & Logistics: Doorstep pickup coordinates, residential landmarks, and preferred timing windows for scheduled practical lessons.
• Payment & Billing Data: Transaction tokens, GST invoicing details, and installment history processed via RBI-authorized payment gateways. We never store credit or debit card numbers on our local servers.

Every vehicle in our training fleet is equipped with dual-view cabin safety cameras and telematics hardware. This equipment serves strictly educational and safety purposes:

• Telemetry Logged: Vehicle road speed, pedal override instances (accelerator, brake, clutch engagement), trip GPS breadcrumbs, and route elevation.
• Safety Dashcam Purpose: Cameras record outward road traffic and instructor-learner interactions to ensure compliance with our zero-aggression mandate.

When you opt into our full licensing track, DriveLearn acts as an authorized training facility. We transmit documentation directly to the Parivahan Sewa national portal (sarathi.parivahan.gov.in) strictly for:

• Learner's Licence (LL) application filing and slot reservation.
• Submitting Form 5 (Driving School Certification of Competency) upon curriculum completion.
• Permanent Driving Licence (DL) automated track test slot booking.

We never share, lease, or syndicate government identity records with insurance brokers, vehicle dealerships, or telemarketing firms.

Our core founding principle is psychological safety inside the vehicle. To enforce our Zero-Shout Guarantee, random samples of in-car session audio may be analyzed by our Senior Pedagogical Committee.

Audits focus solely on instructor speech tone, coaching patience, and constructive guidance. If shouting, sarcastic commentary, or unprofessional language is verified, that session is immediately refunded to the learner and the coach faces disciplinary intervention.

All electronic data collected by DriveLearn Academy is protected under industry best practices:

• Encryption in Transit: TLS 1.3 protocol enforced across all web booking endpoints and mobile instructor dispatch links.
• Encryption at Rest: AES-256 bit military-grade encryption for all KYC documents, proof of identity, and instructor evaluations.
• Role-Based Access: Only assigned senior coaches and authorized compliance personnel can view doorstep address records for lesson dispatch.

Upon successful graduation and completion of your driving curriculum:

• Mandatory Statutory Records: Motor Vehicles Act regulations require training facilities to maintain Form 5 certificate records for 3 years.
• Non-Statutory Records: Your residential pickup coordinates, in-cabin video archives, and payment tokens can be deleted immediately upon your written request.

To exercise your right to access, rectify, or purge non-statutory data, simply email your Learner ID to our Data Protection Officer.

The Roadside web platform is designed with minimal digital footprint:

• No third-party behavioral advertising trackers, canvas fingerprinting, or social sharing pixels.
• Functional session cookies are used solely to preserve active session states (such as curriculum filter choices and fee calculator preferences).
• Standard server error logging is retained for 7 days strictly to debug application crashes.
